NovaWind JSC has completed foundation works for wind turbines at the Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm

Works on all 48 wind turbine foundations were completed at the construction site of the Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm in the Rostov region.

Installation of equipment is already in progress at ten packaged transformer substation (PTS) sites, and at other sites the construction of PTS foundations is being completed.

The construction of roads and wind turbine sites is at the final stage.

Works on the construction of a substation control house for the wind farm, trenching for 35-kV cable lines and fibre-optic transmission lines, the design and construction of a 110-kV substation are being carried out with high intensity.

The Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm is the first ROSATOM wind farm under construction in the Rostov region. The total capacity of the future wind farm will amount to 120 MW, and the planned annual average output will exceed 402 GW*h. The site will have 48 wind turbines installed with a capacity of 2.5 MW each. The amount of investments in the wind farm construction exceeds 16 billion rubles.
