Since December 11, 2017, NovaWind JSC has made purchases from own and off-budget funds in accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 “On Purchases of Goods, Works, Services by Individual Types of Legal Entities”.
NovaWind JSC has developed and launched an open, free and transparent system for purchases based on the following principles: high requirements to the quality of products, transparency of operations, application of anti-corruption mechanisms, cost optimality, compliance with laws of the Russian Federation and basic principles of business organization.

The purchasing system is based on application of open purchasing procedures governed by the legislative and regulatory framework of the Russian Federation.
